2.1 测试原理
本次使用直流稳压电源 KEITHLEY 2306 提供 3.70V 电压为手机供电(特殊情况专门说 明),每 30 秒钟积分一次,测试手机在各个常用应用场景的平均电流。
测试过程中 SD 卡、SIM 卡在位,文件存放在 SD 卡中,其他设置均为出厂默认设置(有 特殊要求的除外)。

定义
发射机峰值功率指发射机载频功率在一个突发脉冲的有用信 息比特时间上的平均值。 突发脉冲定时指移动台接收与发送间的时间间隔。 目的是检验发射机的发射能力和功率控制能力。 在正常和极限条件下,在每个频率的各个功率等级上的发射 功率都在应符合规范要求。 相同频率及相同测试条件下,两相邻功率控制级的TX载频峰 值功率的差值应不少于0.5dB和3.5dB。 正常和极限条件下,各功率等级控制下的功率/时间包络应落 在规范规定的包络框架内。

结果:记录平均值和最小值。
如图2所示。
方法二:分别插入中国移动和中国联通的SIM卡,如图1用可编程电源供电,电压设定为 3.8V,开机,合盖放置在网络信号较好的地方,在电脑上用特定的程序”Measurement.exe”测出待机电流的最小值以及平均值,测试时间要求在40分钟。
对于ADI 平台待机电流平均值≤7.0 mA,对于MTK平台待机电流平均值≤5.0 mA
联通卡
2关机漏电流常温环境、高精度电源、万用表方法一:接上高精度电源,将电源设置为3.8V,开机成功后再关机,等关机结束后,从电源的液晶屏上读出电流值。
方法二:将万用表串接到待测手机和配套电池或者普通电源(3.8V),开机成功后再关机,等关机结束后,从万用表上读出电流值关机漏电流≤0.3mA
3充电电流常温环境、标配充电器、万用表将万用表串接在充电器和手机之间,看到电池充电图标蠕动后开始测试,测试5分钟,记录平均值和最大值最大充电电流≤500mA由于电池充电过程是个先恒流后恒压充电过程,电池电压必须在电池的标称值以下。
一般在3.8V 左右最好
4通话电流GSM常温环境、CMU200、高精度电源、电脑主机、特定程序"Measurement.exe"将手机和CMU200通过RF线连接起来,设置CMU为GSM900,PCL=5,Ch=1,打开特定程序"Measurement.exe",当键盘和LCD灯都熄灭后,开始计时,测试10分钟,记录平均值和最大值平均值,ADI平台≤350mA.MTK平台≤320mA

5背光电流常温环境、高精度电源、电脑主机、特定程序"Measurement.exe"、连接线用高精度电源给整机供电,电压设定为 3.8V,开机后调整背光灯到最大亮度,打开背光的测试模式,让屏和键盘一直亮,设置背光亮的时间为最长。
