关于支付现金的说明
篇一:《付款情况说明》付款情况说明2009年11月26号购防火墙系列软件价款金额万元（购买日刘大路当即支付款项万元，2009年12月记16号凭证入账，相关支付凭证和对方所开收据遗失）。
所欠余款10万元刘大路已于2011年8月31号以现金支付（相关凭证遗失），经公司股东研究决定于2015年8月以此说明为附件入账，此笔欠款做冲账处理。
特此说明。

一、付款通知单（附样本一）使用范围：采购实物办理入库手续的款项、工程款项支付，使用付款通知单；分期支付费用使用付款通知单；无法审核入库单据或发票的情况下，付款用途注明“预付款”。
二、费用报销单（附样本二）使用范围：可以一次性支付的或已借现金（支票）的管理费用、销售费用、财务费用、营业外支出等。
三、借款凭证（附样本三）使用范围：借用现金。
经办人应在借用之日起7日内办理结账手续，其中采购实物入库、工程款项开付款通知单，其他的填写费用报销单，交回替代支付凭证后借款凭证退借款人。
四、支票领用单（附样本四）使用范围：不清楚对方单位或金额的情况下大金额支付需支票结算的，填写支票领用单。
经办人应在领用之日起2日内办理结账手续，其中采购实物入库、工程款项开付款通知单，其他的填写费用报销单，交回替代支付凭证后支票领用单剪下副联，主联与原始凭证一起作为记账凭证附件。
五、银行扣款协议使用范围：银行贷款利息、税费、电费、电话费等与产品或劳务提供单位、银行签订三方扣款协议结算方式。
六、职工工资表使用范围：向职工支付货币性工资、奖金、津贴、福利费。
七、除以上凭证外其他凭证不作为资金支付凭证（例如签字发票）。
八、财务部负责解释。
篇三:《浙江海洋大学现金支付情况说明书》浙江海洋大学现金支付情况说明书情况特殊使用现金结算的报销事项，均应填写本说明书；本说明书由经办人如实填报，经单位（项目）负责人和学校计划财务处负责人批准后作为现金支出报销的审核依据，附在报销凭证之后。

办理汇款的 财务人员
注意：收款单位的名称、收款全称、收款帐户、收款开户银行等以双方签字的合同或订货单（均 需收款单位加盖公章或财务章方可生效）为准，如收款方委托第三方收款，则需由收款方出示委 托书并加盖收款方公章或财务章，并由我方相关负责人签字确认方可交财务人员汇款。
