（1）出示一张有着很多动物的动物园照片，问生都知道他们分别是谁？然后展示动物是如何介绍自己的，让生学会注意倾听，学会动物名称。
（2）完成课本活动一，同时学习单词zoo, baby, all
（3）各种形式操练单词，强化单词。
【设计意图】:创设一定的情境教学单词，既可以是学生容易理解也可以让学生懂得在什么样的语境下用什么样的语言，另外较大密度的机械训练及不同的单词教法使学生得到更多的锻炼。

2. 让学生拿出事先准备好的玩具。先将学生手中的各个玩具单词说一说，然后教师做示范请一名学生上讲台前，教师指着学生手中的玩具说： Look ！It’s
tiger.It’s big，之后，请几个能力较强的学生说说手中动物玩具。
3. Guessing game
出示一张张的动物图片，用突出显示遮住大部分部位，让学生猜是什么动物。用英文猜出，在玩游戏的同时掌握单词。
4. 让学生以小组为单位，继续练习简单小动物的句子。在此处，教

本单元课文内容主要描述了Daming,Lingling,Amy,Sam和同学们在老师的领导下游玩了动物园。在动物园里，他们看到了许多有趣的动物，如：tiger,elephant,monkeys,lions.在语言点上，主要以句型“What are they?They are„”为重点，结合以前学过的What’s this?让同学们感受单复数的区别。

1.全体学生能够听说认读本单元的课文内容。
2.80 %的学生通过本节课的学习能掌握重点句型并做回答。
能力目标：
