一、教学内容分析：
本模块的话题是有关旅游(Travel)方面的专题，教学内容以谈论旅游为主，这个主题非常贴近学生的生活，并且与M2 Plans的话题可以很好的结合起来学，所以我跳过了M3，学完M2后就学习M4。
语言重点是一般将来时及描述旅行的方式。
本节课是U8的第一课时，主要是在Unit 7的基础上进一步描述旅行计划及过程，教学内容是let’s read。
二、学生情况分析：
五年级学生对自己生活中的“旅行”话题应该会感兴趣。
对本课内容中旅行的城市“北京”会有一定的认识，甚至部份学生可能去过北京旅游。
大部分学生应该知道北京部分著名的旅游景点但不能用英语表述，所以通过本课的学习培养学生把学到知识与生活实际结合起来，把学到知识运用到现实生活中去。

六、教学反思：
本课教学中设计了多层次的语言训练活动，围绕北京之旅逐步展开，层层推进，从小文本的操练到整篇短文完整复述，在精心设计的PPT课件的帮助下，大部分孩子都能根据思维导图来描述课文，来复述北京的行程。
但由于太过注重语言的训练，忽略了五年级的孩子仍然需要一些游戏活动来激发一些学习自觉性不强的孩子的兴趣来提高他们的专注力。

2.通过指认图片的方式让学生认识这些名胜古迹的名字。
3.口头解释这些风俗习惯和名胜古迹的历史意义以及与中国各地区文化的相似和不同之处。
比如，北京烤鸭是京菜名火，长城是中国古代的军事工程，故宫是中国古代皇宫，天坛是中国古代皇帝祭天的地方。
C. 学生反馈1.向学生发问：你认为哪个名胜古迹最有意思、最有吸引力？学生进行举手发言。
2.利用学生的反馈，展开一些互动环节，让所有学生都参与进来。
3.领导学生进行角色扮演，提高学生的说英语的能力。
让学生分组，一个人扮演Ben，另一个人扮演导游，导游介绍一下北京的名胜古迹，Ben提问题，并表达自己的看法和感受。
D. 总结讲解1.回顾本节课所学的内容，并展开互动讨论，帮助学生回答一些他们还有疑问的问题。
2.引导学生练习在实际生活中用英语描述旅游目的地，提高口头表达能力。
四、实施效果预测该节课让学生接触到了北京的名胜古迹和风俗习惯，激发了他们对中国历史和文化的兴趣。
