开计算原理 板料在弯曲过程中外层受到拉应力,内层受到压应力,从拉到
压之间有一既不受拉力又不受压力的过渡层--中性层,中性层在弯曲过程中的
长度和弯曲前一样,保持不变,所以中性层是计算弯曲件展开长度的基准,
中性层与板料厚度的中间层是不同的概念。中性层位置与变形程度有关,当

叠层式热流道模具
热流道是通过加热的办法来保证流道和浇口的塑料保持熔融状
态。热流道系统一般由热喷嘴、分流板、温控箱和附件等几部分组成。
热喷嘴一般包括两种:开放式热喷嘴和针阀式热喷嘴。由于热喷嘴形
式直接决定热流道系统选用和模具的制造,因而常相应的将热流道系
统分成开放式热流道系统和针阀式热流道系统。
热流道分类
开放式
开放式结构简单、对材料的局限性较高,易出现拉丝和泄露,
表面质量差,在国外的高精密模具中应用较少,同一副模具可和
不同厂家的针阀式混用。很多公司能自己制造。
针阀式
针阀式热流道节省材料,塑件表面美观,同时内部质量紧密、
强度高
。现在世界上有两大类针阀式热流道(根据注射原理):气缸
式和弹簧式。气缸式依*控制器和时序控制器控制气缸推动针阀
的关闭,结构较复杂,但本身设计简单。主要有DME(美国)、INCOE
(美国)、MOLD-MASTER(加拿大---热流道的老大)、HUSKY(加
拿大)、信好HOTSYS(韩国)、YUDO(韩国)、hotflow塑勒。
气缸式因为其结构的特点决定模具精度要高,同时调试和维护都
比较杂,其中MOLD-MASTER堪称热流道中的劳斯莱斯----加热部
分在喷嘴上。他们中的很大成本在调试和维护上,客户基本不能
自己维护。弹簧式就一家--FISA(日本),最大特点,依靠弹簧
和注射压力 的平衡控制针阀开关,装配调试和维护简单,模具
精度不高,日本国内客户基本自己有维护能力,广泛应用在家电、
汽车饰件、精密多腔模具中。弹簧式与气缸的差别在于不能时序
控制,不能很好解决熔接痕的问题。塑美热流道研发了小直径耐

现在国外流行的叠模非热流道莫属,其实热流道模具减少了
设计上的很多要求,对设计人员开发更多的模具结构提供了很大
的方便。
近年来随着我国模具工业的迅猛发展,模具零件的标准化、专业
化和商品化工作,已具有较高的水平,取得了长足的进步。自1983
年全国模具标准化技术委员会成立以来,组织专家对模具标准进行制
定、修订和审查,共发布了90多项标准,其中冲模标准22项、塑
料模标准20余项。这些标准的发布、实施,推动了模具行业的技术
进步和发展,产生了很大的社会效益和经济效益。模标准件的研究、
开发和生产正在全面深入展开,无论是产品类型、品种、规格,还是
产品的技术性能和质量水平都有明显的提高。金模网CEO罗百辉表
示,目前我国模具的标准化程度和应用水平还比较低,乐观地估计不
足30%,与国外工业发达国家(70-80%)相比,尚有较大的差距。现
在生产销售厂家虽然逐年增加,但大多数是规模小、设备陈旧、工艺
落后、成本高、效益低。只有普通中小型标准冲模模架和塑料模模架、
导柱、导套、推杆、模具弹簧、气动元件等产品,商品化程度较高,
可基本满足国内市场的需求,并有部分出口。而那些技术含量高、结
构先进、性能优异、质量上乘、更换便捷的具有个性化的产品,如球
锁式快换凸模及固定板、固体润滑导板和导套、斜楔机构及其零部件,
高档塑料模具标准件和氮气主弹簧等在国内的生产厂家甚少,且由于
资金缺乏,技改项目难以实施,生产效率低,交货周期长,供需矛盾
日益突出。因此,每年尚需从国外进口相当数量的模具标准件,其费
用约占年模具进口额的3-8%。国产模具标准件在技术标准、科技开
发、产品质量等方面,还存在不少问题。诸如,产品标准混乱,功能
元件少且技术含量低,适用性差;技改力度小、设备陈旧、工艺落后、
专业化水平低、产品质量不稳定;专业人才缺乏,管理跟不上、生产
效率低、交货周期长;生产销售网点分布不均,经营品种规格少,供
应不足;某些单位为了争夺市场,不讲质量,以次充好,伪劣商品充
斥市场。还有不计成本、盲目降价、扰乱市场的现象,是需要认真研
究,丞待解决的。
利用叠层式热流道模具可以实现人力与设备的节省、效率的极大提高
和制品质量的稳定。虽然叠层式热流道模具的加工成本高一些,但是
如果在以下几个方面不断改进,则可以使其价格大幅度下降,从而使
其能得到更广泛的普及应用。
(1)延长一些核心元件(如加热元件、温控元件等)的使用寿命。
(2)使叠层式热流道模具与普通的注射模塑设备配套。
(3)借助于CAD、CAE、CAM进行设计、分析与加工,实现模
具结构最优化。
(4)叠层式热流道模具的通用零件实现标准化、商品化。
随着相关技术的不断改进,叠层式热流道模具在塑料制品加工中的
应用将会不断扩大。考虑到这一技术突出的经济性,如何更好地应用
叠层式热流道模具技术将成为各注塑制品生产企业提高效率、降低成
本和增加产品市场竞争力的重要途径之一。
据悉,早在1940年12月KNOWLESER就取得了叠层式模具的
专利权。今天的叠层模塑,不仅比传统的单层模具成本更低,而且增
加了应用叠层式模塑的灵活性。直到上世纪80年代末,叠层式模塑
技术才逐渐传入我国模具行业,可以说,叠层式热流道模具技术的开
