My favorite subject is science阅读课教学设计
一、教材分析
本阅读材料主要谈论话题“Yu Mei’s school life on Friday ”，围绕“school subjects”这个单元的重点而展开多种任务型阅读的教学活动，在引导学生通览全文，确认文章体裁的前提下，让学生运用略读、细读、精读等阅读方法由对本单元各个学科英语名称和what \why\ who 和when四种特殊疑问句的的掌握过渡到本阅读材料的理解和运用，并运用类似描写的阅读材料加以升华。
为下一步的写作训练做好铺垫。
最终促进学生综合运用语言能力的提高和形成学生在实践中学会学习的能力，从而为终身学习打下坚实的基础。
二、教学目标及重难点：
根据要求“理解并运用wh- （what\ why \who\ when）疑问句及回答来阐述自己所喜欢的事物和喜欢的原因。
”以及学生对Unit 2 My favorite subject is science?的学习情况的掌握，所以我们确定阅读目标为：
1. 速读进行小铺垫。
通过速读100%的同学能正确掌握文章体裁和大意。
了解书信的格式。
2. 跳读回答挑战小问题。
通过跳读100%的同学能够快速做出一般疑问句和Who引导的特殊疑问句的正确回答。
3. 细读抓主线。
通过细读80%左右的同学能够准确地将短文中所谈及的学科和对学科的感受进行连线，针对时间段相对应地将所学科目填入表格。
由于本环节是重难点，所以将时间，科目和感受进行拆分，以降低坡度。
引领学生感受阅读的乐趣。
4. 精读求理解：在细读的基础上做到精益求精，70%左右的学生学生领略联系上下文进行词义猜测，概括全文等学习方法的运用。
5. 90%以上的同学能学会按照时间顺序描述学科及感受，并灵活运用after school\after lunch\ after class\ after that来表达先后顺序关系。
6. 巩固再提高。
在原有的阅读基础上，引导学生运用所掌握的阅读方法进行巩固阅读。
80%以上的同学能在体会各种阅读方法的综合运用的前提下，独立完成巩固提高的部分。
重难点：
1.注重学生“读”的习惯的培养。
2. 各种阅读方法（尤其精读、猜测词义、主旨归纳）的综合运用。
三、教学过程：
Part1 pre-reading
Step1 针对所学的学科展开自由会话，创设阅读意境。
设计意图：通过会话，为下一步的阅读做好铺垫。
引出学生对于阅读的兴趣。
教师活动：通过多媒体展示谈论话题。
学生活动：自由发言，畅谈自己对于所学学科的感受。

Part2 While-reading
