生物信息学第二次作业

(1)BLAST n

第一步:进入NCBI主页,然后在NCBI主页右边一栏点击BLAST,就进入了BLAST主页。第二步:进入NCBI主页后,先搜索nucleotide blast如下图:

第三步:进入后,输入要查找的序列信息,然后点击BLAST,如下图:

第四步:如下图操作,

第五步:出现结果,点击Formatting options如下图操作,

第六步:选择好需要下载的序列打钩后,点击download,如下图,

之后选择格式后点击continue,如下图,

下载结果如下,
