摘要：培养学生的作文兴趣是作文教学的重要原则。
兴趣的培养应该是和作文能力的培养密切结合，贯穿于作文教学全过程。
教师应该在作文的命题、辅导、评改、讲评等各个环节把培养兴趣和提高能力结合起来，以期提高作文教学水平。

作文兴趣的培养在实践上是与写作能力的培养结合在一起并贯穿于作文教学全过程的。
在作文教学的每个环节都应该有意识地培养学生的作文兴趣。
下面就作文教学的几个环节分析有关能力与兴趣的培养。
命题。
是作文教学首要一环，题目命得如何，直接关系到学生有无兴趣写，能不能写好。
它是一次作文成败关键所在。
学生写作的欲望直接导源于教师的命题，命题的能力是一位教师作文教学水平的反映，在这点上应该是慎之又慎的。
早在50年代，我国语文教学的前辈们就提出了作文命题的原则应该使学生能写，会写。
[2]所谓能写，就是适应学生的生活范围，使他们有材料可写，有话可说。
所谓会写，就是指适合学生的写作能力，适应学生的实际水平。
这种使题目来源于学生生活，符合他们的年龄特点的原则，至今看来仍不失它的现实意义。
要把作文题目命得让学生“爱写”，除了在命题形式，方式，语言上作一些探讨外，根本还在于了解学生，要了解学生的生活，思想，感情，他们关心的热点，90年代的学生受丰富多彩的生活感染，又受到多种视听媒体的影响，视野开阔，
思想活跃，这一切都远非既往年代的学生所能比拟。
作文命题应该有利于学生直抒其对生活的感受，这就会诱发他们的兴趣。
辅导。
辅导学生作文，是作文教学中重要的，而又是往往被忽视的一环。
辅导从广义上讲，课堂教学中，有意识地引导学生作观察采集，分析综合，联想想象，语言表达等能力的练习都是一种辅导，它贯穿于语文教学的全过程。
狭义的辅导指作文命题以后的辅导。
命题后的辅导首先在于帮助学生审题，培养学生的审题能力。
审题能力实质上是培养学生掌握恰当的思维方法，具体要求学生通过审题理解题目提供的关于作文内部的质的规定性。
审题使学生搞清命题对文章传达对象的规定，即取材范围，文体，立意要求，结构及表达方式要求等。
总的使学生对命题的意图，要求有清晰的了解。
命题后辅导的作用在于：一是帮助学生梳理记忆材料。
学生作文不同于一般的成人写文章，更不同于创作。
它不是产生在有了感受而发的，不是在预先积累了很多材料后自己命题而作的，而是一种外来的，出于外在要求而写的。
他们原来的记忆储存是潜在的，零散的，这就要通过辅导激活记忆，诱发联想、想象，开拓思路，才会使学生感到有话可说有材料可写。
其二，诱导学生分析问题，进行立意。
现代学生虽然思想活跃，但其对问题的分析理解能力尚在形成阶段，加之社会的、学校的影响所形成的思维定势拘束了他们从多方面、多角度进行创造性思维。
在辅导中如能有效诱导他们的分析问题的能力，必然会激发他们的写作兴趣。
其三，通过辅导激发他们的作文灵感，学生一般不会产生强烈的写作冲动的，需要
启发诱导，才会产生作文的欲望，命题后导之以情，创设诱人的情境，千方百计地激发学生的热情，这样才会使学生有兴趣进行作文。
其四，通过命题后的辅导，给学生提出一些恰切的要求，如内容上，表达、文面、时限等要求。
这样既保证了作文的目的性，也为下一步作文评改作了准备。
评改。
作文评改问题上如何才能确有实效而又不致教师大量花费精力。
这一直是影响作文教学改革取得突破性进展的大问题。
虽然教学大纲中也讲到“评改要采用多种形式，讲求实效”，然而要做到这一点实际上却有许多困难。
这些困难首先来自习惯认识，习惯上大家认为精批细改是作文批改唯一有效途径；其次教育行政部门，学校领导以批改见红的繁简作为检查教学认真与否的依据；学生家长，特别是城市里的学生家长常以作文见红的多少评价教师的工作。
所以在我们对百名语文教师的调查中，全部都是坚持了精批细改的。
在同一些教师座谈中，不少教师也反映这样作是事倍功半，甚至劳而无功。
改一次作文耗费几十个小时，反到影响了整个教学工作，也影响了作文教学水平的提高，但又苦于无奈也只得这么去做。
看来如何改革作文评改已成为作文教学的关键。
也绝非语文教师自身可以解决的。
作文批改的重要性除了它是写作前指导的反馈和继续；是写后评讲的依据和基础，更重要的是师生情感的直接交流。
往往多有这种情况，一次作文的批语会直接影响到学生对此后作文的兴趣的建立。
讲评从作文教学过程讲是一次作文的总结，是面对全班学生总
的一次作文批评。
方式上多用总结式讲评，总的指出这次作文的成绩和存在问题；重点讲评式，挑选有代表性的作文进行分析；学生互评，讨论总结等，笔者以为无论形式如何都应该有利于鼓励和激发学生的作文兴趣，有利于学生作文能力的提高。
作文教学，作文能力的培养是个复杂的系统工程。
作文水平的提高不能仅靠作文教学自身可以完成，有必要呼吁各科教师，家长，教育行政领导共同重视，共同努力才行。

试论中学生作文能力的培养摘要：在中学语文教学中，作文既是重难点,也是中学语文教师感到十分棘手的课题,更是学生们最不愿意完成的功课。

然而当前我国的中学语文作文教学存在着很多问题:由于受传统教育的影响,在作文教学过程中,教师生怕学生写不好作文,教师从备课开始就从审题立意、文章结构、写作素材等各方面着手考虑,在教学时将这些内容一一教给学生,没有考虑到学生是否能够真正消化吸收。
教师教得辛苦,但是学生的学习效果却不理想,学生写的作文还是缺乏真情实感。
同时目前的作文教学,一篇作文从指导到学生习作,再到老师批改,最后到老师讲评,历经两周才能完成,这样不仅战线拉得过长,而且反馈信息慢,学生的学习效率必然低。
另外,作文的批改总是由教师单方面完成,几乎没有学生的参与,这样很不利于激发学生的写作兴趣和作文能力的提高。
在教学中还存在着许多教师总是以自己心目中的标准来要求学生,常常求全责备,使学生很少能在写作过程中体验到愉悦和成功,所以很多学生谈作文生变,视作文为烦事、苦事。
把作文寄希望于教师的指导、课外作文选的参考和自己的凭空想象,东拼西凑,乱写一通,写出来的文章既不表“情”,又不“达”意。
