�摘要� 目的
探讨经直肠超声在 诊断和评估慢 性前列 腺炎所 致男性 不育症中 的价值 �方法
对 76 例由慢性前列腺炎所致男性不育症患者和 30 例正常对照者的前 列腺液� 精液和 前列腺动脉 进行检测， 同时 观察慢性前 列腺炎的二维声像图改变 � �结果 ( 1 � ) 76 例慢性前列 腺炎患者 中， 3 4 例( 44 7% ) 表 现为畸形 精子症， 2 4 例( 31 6% ) 表现为 1 8 例( 2 3 7% ) 表现为少精子症; ( 2 ) 慢性前列腺炎的二维声像图 主要表现 为回声均匀 型� 无力型精子症， 回 声欠均匀 型� 增大 低回声型及结节钙化型四种类型; ( 3 ) 与正常对 照组比较， 慢性前 列腺炎致男 性不育患 者的前 列腺尿道 动脉收 缩期峰 值血流 速度( PSV ) 及阻力指数( R I ) 显著升高， 差异有统计学意义( P < 0 01 ) �慢性前列腺 炎组的 前列腺 包膜动 脉 PSV � 舒张 末血流 R I 与正常对照组比较， 速度( E DV ) � 差异无统计学意义( P > 0 05 ) �结论 提供了一种新的� 安全可靠的诊断工具， 有助于其病因的筛查� �关键词� 超声检查 ; 前列腺炎; 不育， 男( 雄) 性 经直肠超声检查 为慢性前列 腺炎所致男 性不育症
