笔者背景：

学历：新加坡国立大学 Computer Science major;Math minor;Business Management minor

实习：一家IT公司的web developer and analyst;普华永道it consultant

Aenture 一共有三轮面试：

第一轮hr：

我之前报过他家的intern，挂在了第一轮，就是因为没有准备。埃森哲家的电话面试并不水，不像其他公司可能只是了解你的背景，他会问很多关于埃森哲的东西。

必考问题：

1. What does Aenture d

2. Who are the potential petitors? Why?

3. What are the projects that Aenture has recently done?

这些问题的答案很standard，所以大家一定要准备，推荐以下几个网址：

其中第三个问题尤为重要，基本上答出来两三个，他就会让你过。我第三个问题答完之后，hr就说you have passed the interview,

we will arrange next round interview for you and let you know next week。

第二轮 on-site，technical interview，project team lead：

这轮面试，面试官是一个project的leader，所以可想而知，他非常重视你的project experience 和 technical skill-set。

这轮面试分两部分：

一、Review your resume (45mins)

首先，他会看着你的简历问问题。我的interviewer非常感兴

趣我做的某一个app，所以问了我45分钟，并且鼓励我可以继续把app做下去。关于experience，他问了很standard的问题：

1. did you e across one scenario that your client ask you to develop one feature that may not be realistic?

2. How do you solve conflicts in team project?

3. What could you improve in terms of project development? Interviewer其实非常看重你的logical thinking。每一个问题，在回答之前：第一，你要先分析这个问题有没有前提条件，under 什么condition，你的position是什么，给出答案之前，一定要告

诉他你的假设。第二，回答之前你要在心里列出点，根据一定的顺序排列，比如从小到大或者从大到小。

举个例子，how to solve conflicts?思路就是

假设：

1. 我是leader 还是 member?

2. Project 看重时间还是质量

3. 谁和谁在什么地方起了conflict

回答：

1. 分析conflict

2. 提出解决方法

3. 评估你提出的方法

4. 讨论评估中的不足

二、Technical question test (45mins)

接下来的45分钟，他就是当场出一些初级到中级难度的计算机知识，是puter science major的同学应该不用担心，平时都在接触这些东西，不是的同学可能就要恶补一下了。

类似问题：

1. what is encapsulation

2. what is polymorphism

3. design a database

4. write a sorting algorithm to sort a set of data

5. design an algorithm and a data structure to solve a realistic problem

我面完之后虽然interviewer没说，但是我知道过了，因为他说hr will notify me by next week (虽然我两周之后才收到final interview invitation)

第三轮 final round ： on-site，focus on your aspiration，senior manager

我有两个同学也进了final interview，可是他们运气不好，碰到了一个职位很高，很tech和harsh的人。

我的interviewer不做tech，是一个portofolio manager，而且我听之前的一个学姐说final round不怎么刷人，加上我之前已经有一个offer了，所以就比较放松。这轮面试就很水了。

他就问了：

What is your career plan?

If Aenture cannot pay you well， will you still e?

Aenture’s working hours are terrible, can you tolerate that?

大概面了15分钟之后，他就说hr will contact you when everything is settled，就让我走了。我是早上面的，中午睡午觉起来查邮件就发现有offer。

总之Aenture是一个前景不错的大公司，面试也没有我们想象的那么难，稍稍花一些时间准备，你就会有收获。
